Regional Vice President

After being heavily recruited to BetterUp, I lead the State and Local Government sales organization, building and developing a team of Senior Account Executives while shaping market strategy for the Human Transformation Platform. I partner closely with Cloud, Consulting, Product, Customer Success, and Marketing to ensure alignment, successful delivery, and meaningful customer outcomes. Within my first three quarters, I increased State and Local revenue by 25% YoY, built the team from the ground up, and designed a repeatable GTM playbook that elevated pipeline and conversion efficiency. I also drove adoption of value-based selling, strengthened executive conversations, and maintained clarity, engagement, and performance during company-wide restructuring.

At Oracle, I led a team of 8 Senior Account Executives serving State and Local Government, driving market strategy and multi-solution cloud adoption across ERP, HCM, Planning & Budgeting, CX, and Analytics. I partnered cross-functionally with Consulting, Product, Cloud, and Customer teams to ensure alignment, deal strategy, and successful delivery. During my tenure, I improved team attainment to 154% pipeline growth, achieved 105% of quota within the first two months of FY24, and enabled 50% of the team to exceed quota. I also implemented a standardized deal review and value-mapping framework that accelerated deal cycles, increased forecast accuracy, and strengthened collaboration with Deloitte, Accenture, EY, and KPMG to expand executive influence. I was awarded Leader of the Year for 2024.

I partnered closely with Product, Delivery, Consulting, and Customer teams to strengthen qualification rigor, deal strategy, and long-term solution health. Under my leadership, the team achieved 191% in FY21 and 127% of quota in FY22 (achieving Medallion Status both years), over 50% of AEs exceeded their goals, and I guided them through Rule of 40 restructuring while maintaining clarity, stability, and performance. I also served on Governor Shapiro’s Transition Committee and mentored emerging women in tech.
